Cheyenne Wells Men's Basketball Mini-Camp

Every Tuesday, Wendesday, and Thursday from May 29 through June 28
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

General Instructions:

1)  Each mini-camp workout
(Tu/W/Th) has an assigned video and agenda.  Click on the links to the left.

2)  You should watch each day's assigned video prior to coming to camp.  Mini-Camp workouts will be 50 minutes.  Get there 5 minutes early.  If you can't make the workout let Coach Hite know, then do the workout at home.

3)  At camp, you will be instructed on what you watched in that day's video.

4)  You will be video-taped doing the drill.

5)  Next, we will apply the drill to a particular part of our offense or defense.

6)  Therefore, you will be video-taped for 30 minutes, then you will watch yourself doing the workout for 20 minutes.

7)  NOW YOU CAN WORK AT HOME!  Practice everyday.  There are lots of videos to watch, so become a "student of the game" of basketball.
